Holiday returns must be lodged before <strong>January 25th</strong>.</li></ul><h3 id="how-do-i-arrange-my-return"><strong>How Do I Arrange My Return?</strong></h3><ol><li><p><strong>Contact Us First</strong>: Each product return may have different instructions, so it&apos;s important to get in touch with us first for guidance. We know that from time to time an issue can arise, so here&apos;s a clear overview of what our warranty covers, how long you&apos;re covered for, and how to make a claim.</p><h2 id="what-does-the-warranty-cover">What Does the Warranty Cover?</h2><p>The Madd Gear Manufacturer&apos;s Warranty covers&#xA0;<strong>manufacturing defects</strong> &#x2014; faults in the construction or materials of your product. It does&#xA0;<strong>not</strong> cover damage from misuse, modifications, impacts, or normal wear and tear (for example scratches, fading, or wear from grinding).</p><p>How long you&apos;re covered depends on the product &#x2014; see&#xA0;<strong>Warranty Coverage by Product</strong> below.</p><h2 id="important-keep-your-proof-of-purchase">Important: Keep Your Proof of Purchase!</h2><p>To make a warranty claim you&apos;ll need your&#xA0;<strong>proof of purchase or receipt</strong>. If you bought from a retailer (in store or online, including marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart), you can make your claim through that retailer or contact us directly &#x2014; just have your proof of purchase ready.</p><h2 id="wear--tear-explained">Wear &amp; Tear Explained</h2><p>Madd Gear products are made from high-quality materials designed for everyday use, but some parts naturally wear over time:</p><ul><li><strong>Scooter decks:</strong> our aluminum decks can wear down when ridden on cement or stone, especially from grinding. This wear is normal and not covered.</li><li><strong>Consumable parts:</strong> items like handlebar grips, bearings, and grip tape wear out through normal use and aren&apos;t covered unless they were faulty when you received them.</li></ul><h2 id="warranty-coverage-by-product">Warranty Coverage by Product</h2><h3 id="everyday-scooters--ride-ons--2-years">Everyday scooters &amp; ride-ons &#x2014; 2 years</h3><p>Our commuter and kick scooters (the Metro range, Kruzer 200, Metro Cruise 250, Metro Glide 300, Carve 100, and similar), along with balance bikes and ride-ons, are covered by a&#xA0;<strong>2-year warranty against manufacturing defects</strong>.
