How to Track Your Madd Gear Order

At Madd Gear, we want to make it easy for you to track your orders. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, visiting our Help Center, or receiving tracking notifications via email or SMS if you provided your details during checkout.

Option 1: Track Your Order by Logging into Your Account

You can track your order by logging into your Madd Gear account directly from our website. Here’s how:

On Desktop:

Navigate to the Madd Gear website.
In the top right corner of the page, you’ll see a small person icon.
Click on the person icon to open the login page.
Enter your email and password to log into your account.
Once logged in, go to the Orders section where you can review your previous orders and view your tracking information.

On Mobile:

Open the Madd Gear website on your mobile device.
Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top left corner.
From the drop-down menu, select Account.
Enter your login details (email and password).
After logging in, you’ll be able to see your previous orders and their tracking information.

Option 2: Track Your Order Through Our Help Center

If you don’t want to log in or haven’t created an account, you can still track your order through our Help Center:

Visit our Help Center by clicking here.
Once on the Help Center page, select Track Order.
Enter your order number and email address, and you’ll be able to see the latest tracking details for your order.

Helpful tip: You can also Report Issues or Request a Return from our Help Center.

Option 3: Receive Tracking Notifications

If you entered a valid email address or phone number during checkout, you will receive tracking notifications automatically.

Email Notifications: You’ll get an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package once it’s shipped.
SMS Notifications: If you provided a phone number, you may receive SMS updates with tracking information as well.
