At Madd Gear, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item or making a claim.
How Long Do I Have to Request an Exchange or Return?
- You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange or return.
- For holiday purchases (made between November 1st and December 24th), we extend the returns period to 30 days after Christmas. Holiday returns must be lodged before January 25th.
How Do I Arrange My Return?
Contact Us First: Each product return may have different instructions, so it's important to get in touch with us first for guidance. We will issue return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label if needed.
- Please note: Any returns made without proper authorization will not be accepted.
- Items that have been altered, modified, or damaged are not eligible for returns.
After I Get Authorization, What’s Next?
- You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Simply drop the package off at your nearest carrier facility.
- Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and is unused to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Madd Gear is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.
When Will I Get My Refund or Exchange?
- Once we receive your return, we will contact you within 5 working days to arrange your refund or exchange.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds unless otherwise authorized.
- Restocking fees:
- Unused products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Products returned without original packaging may incur an additional 10% restocking fee.
- Damaged, used, or worn items are not eligible for a refund.
What If My Product is Defective or Damaged?
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll assess the claim via email or phone and guide you through the process.
- Sometimes, sending out replacement parts can fix the issue without needing to return the product.
- In other cases, we’ll arrange for the product to be collected and replaced.
Received the Wrong Product?
- If you received the wrong product or color, please contact us right away! We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
- In some cases, you may not need to return the original product, and we will ship the correct one at no additional cost.
