We understand that sometimes customers may want to combine multiple orders to save on shipping or for convenience. Here's how we handle such requests:
Before Your Orders Ship:
- If your orders have not yet shipped, we may be able to consolidate them into a single shipment.
- Please note that some items may not fit into a single box, and in such cases, they will ship separately with unique tracking numbers.
Free Ground Shipping Consideration:
- If you’ve already placed an order over $20 (which qualifies for free ground shipping) and would like to add a smaller item under $20, please contact us immediately.
- We’ll do our best to accommodate your request as long as the original order has not shipped.
After Your Orders Ship:
- Once orders have shipped, we cannot combine them or refund shipping costs.
