If you suspect your package is lost, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Contact the Carrier:

    • Start by reaching out to the carrier to confirm the package’s status.
    • In many cases, the package may be delayed or misdelivered.
    • If the package has been misdelivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or nearby locations.
  2. Carrier Confirms the Package Is Lost:

    • Once the carrier confirms that the package is officially lost, please inform us immediately.
    • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you and will raise a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.
  3. Communication Is Key:

    • It is important that you communicate clearly with both the carrier and us to ensure a resolution.
    • Please note that we do not actively monitor orders for delivery success.
